These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the qdrlk website and the services offered through it (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Services, contacting us, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1.Who we are & what we do

qdrlk ("qdrlk," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent third-party service provider. We assist clients with (a) applying for official account verification on supported platforms through those platforms' own official programs, (b) educational social-media growth tools and guidance, and (c) related consulting. We are a facilitation and consulting service only.

We do not sell verification badges, and we do not control whether any platform grants verification, which is decided solely by that platform.

2.No affiliation with third-party platforms

qdrlk is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., Snap Inc. (Snapchat), or any other platform, company, or trademark referenced on this website. All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only. Their use does not imply endorsement.

3.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and belongs to you or to a person or entity you are authorized to represent.

4.Your responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for your own accounts and for your compliance with the terms of service, policies, and community guidelines of any third-party platform.
  • You will only request Services in relation to accounts and content that you own or are lawfully authorized to act on behalf of.
  • You will not use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, or abusive purpose.
  • You will provide only accurate information and lawful funds.

5.Acceptable use & prohibited conduct

We facilitate lawful and ethical requests only. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any request at our sole discretion, including where we believe it may violate applicable law, third-party rights, or platform policies. You may not use the Services to impersonate others, gain unauthorized access to any account or system, launder funds, or engage in any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward illegal or malicious funds.

6.No guarantee of results

Outcomes depend on decisions made by third-party platforms and on factors outside our control. Except where expressly stated in writing, we make no guarantee that any specific result (including verification, growth, or account status) will be achieved, or achieved within any particular timeframe. Any timeframes provided are estimates only.

7.Fees, promotions & refunds

Fees, if any, are quoted before you commit to an order. Promotional offers (including any free-of-charge period) are limited-time, may be modified or withdrawn at any time, and apply only as described. Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing at the time of your order, fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Where we offer a satisfaction or "or it's free" term for a specific service, that term is defined at the point of sale and is your sole and exclusive remedy for that service.

8.Assumption of risk

You acknowledge that interacting with any social-media platform carries inherent risk, including the possibility of restriction, suspension, or termination of an account by the platform for reasons within or outside anyone's control. You assume all such risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, qdrlk is not responsible for any action taken by a third-party platform against your account.

9.Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be obtained.

10.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will qdrlk or its owners, operators, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or accounts, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

11.Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless qdrlk and its owners, operators, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your content or accounts, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12.Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by qdrlk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, or create derivative works from any part of this website without our prior written permission.

13.Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration seated in San Antonio, Texas, and not in a class, collective, or representative action. You and qdrlk each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. If arbitration is found unenforceable, the exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, San Antonio, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and qdrlk regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
